I will send out a reminder message 72 hours in advance to confirm your appointment attendance. If you cancel at the 48 hr point there will be no cancellation fee. If you give me 24 hrs notice there will be a fee of 50% of the appointment, less than 24hrs will require the full fee of the appointment. These fees will need to be paid to book any further appointments.

New Clients will need to pay a 50% deposit when booking an appointment. Deposits paid are non refundable.
